Property layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this recent photograph disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and contains a legend labelling distinct sections of the estate.
Alongside this are what look to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for boat shelters.
More materials made public as part of the current investigative release.
