The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-round match which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua said he will "stamp all over" the American and "break" the American as the pair confronted each other to build hype for the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Former two time unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive disparity - at Miami arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I plan to damage his features and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I'm going to genuinely try to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Interaction
Despite these statements, a relaxed Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally famous for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather targeted former Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and called him "not serious" after the Cameroonian declined a match opportunity.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Joshua, at the same time, criticized UK rival Tyson Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] outshines Fury - he showed up," Joshua commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of declaring he will damage his opponent, Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has primarily boxed mixed martial artists or faded names since becoming pro.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
Nevertheless, the relative newcomer is still one of the sport's greatest money-making draws, frequently receiving substantial financial rewards.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would derail the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly being planned for two years from now.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul stated.
Physical Difference
As the two fighters participated in the customary face-off, with their height and weight contrast evident, it highlighted just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how remarkable it is that the match is truly going ahead.
